Do you have hands-on experience applying HTM 03-01 in a technical or compliance-focused environment? Are you ready to lead a team and drive improvements in validation services within a healthcare-compliant framework?

This company are a rapidly growing technical services provider committed to delivering high-quality compliance, validation, and maintenance solutions across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments.

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for both the validation engineering team and clients, providing expert support through telephone and on-site assistance. You will be responsible for reviewing validation reports, identifying any necessary remedial actions, and ensuring follow-up. A key part of the role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while leading growth initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in line with HTM 03-01 guidelines and bring industry knowledge. You will be self-motivated with a proactive mindset, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

The Role:


  • Act as the primary technical contact for the validation engineering team and clients, providing expert support both remotely and on-site

  • Review validation reports, identify remedial actions, and ensure appropriate follow-up

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership

  • Lead growth initiatives and identify opportunities to improve and expand service offerings


The Person:


  • Proven experience working in line with HTM 03-01 guidelines, with relevant industry knowledge (e.g., cleanrooms, LEV systems, cabinet maintenance)

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the drive to take initiative and deliver high-quality results

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively

  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
