Job Title: Cleanroom Validation Engineer
Location: Watford, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £50k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading name within the Critical Air / Clean Air industry, who have a strong reputation. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a hardworking Cleanroom Validation Engineer to cover sites across the South East of England. Applicants must have strong client-facing skills in order to provide a professional service to new and existing clients. You will be joining a company who pride themselves on high service standards, so incoming engineers must be able to uphold these values. They are offering attractive salaries and benefits packages.

You will be travelling across: Watford, Borehamwood, Potters Bar, St Albans, Chigwell, Epping, Cheshunt, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Romford, Hornchurch, Rainham, Grays, Tilbury, Basildon, Gravesend, Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Caterham, Oxted, Epsom, Sutton, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Woking, Hounslow, Twickenham, Windsor, Slough, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Successful track record working as a Validation Engineer within Clean Air / Critical Air environments
  • Ideally will hold the BOHS P601 qualification and / Eastwood Park Training
  • Strong knowledge of HTM 0301 guidelines
  • Good literacy and IT skills
  • Able to produce detailed service reports
  • Hardworking attitude

    The Role:
  • Attending health care and pharmaceutical client sites to complete Cleanroom validations and testing
  • Installations of fume cupboards and safety cabinets
  • Particle counting
  • Implementing pressure cascades
  • DOP and HEPA filter testing and integrity tests
  • Auditing AHU units
  • Completing re-balancing of air flow
  • Producing regular service reports
  • Giving system demonstrations to clients and answering technical queries
