We are urgently seeking a Temporary Clerical Officer to join the Invoicing Department at Antrim Area Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and financial processing experience. This post is full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and is set to last at least 6 months, with the likelihood of extension Key responsibilities for this role: Process invoices, credit notes, and internal recharges Resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate financial records Manage pharmaceutical data and handle stock returns Communicate with suppliers and assist with training of staff Carry out general administrative and clerical tasks as required What we need from you: Previous experience in a similar clerical or administrative role, ideally within finance or invoicing Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills This is an immediate start position, so candidates must be available at short notice.
