The Role

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for maximizing the P&L performance of your business unit with your team. You will provide vision and leadership to motivate and inspire internal teams and external customers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and invest in growth strategies that meet customer requirements. Leading and coaching your team to ensure top performance will be a key part of your responsibilities.
The Ideal Fit

Experience at Head of/Account Director level or at Controller level, ready for the next career step
Essential: Grocery experience
Beneficial: eCommerce experience
Proven ability to create winning teams
Experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare is advantageous
Customer-centric with a strong service orientation
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Salary:

Up to £100,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Location:

Hybrid – 2 days per week at West London HQ.
