Head of Sales EMEA (remote), Salary £75-85k + bonus, Candidate to be based in the UK or Poland preferably (EMEA travel as part of the role).

We’re hiring a Head of Sales and Business Development for a leading EMEA-focused manufacturing business specialising in high-performance foam insulation solutions. Your mission: drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead a high-performing sales team across the region. This senior role holds full responsibility for the top-line agenda across key EMEA markets, focusing on best-in-class products widely used in pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductors, food and beverage, cosmetics, construction, and engineering.

You’ll lead a culturally diverse team across EMEA, reporting into the Global Commercial Director, and will be accountable for driving revenue, expanding into new markets, and increasing share in existing accounts.

We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong background in Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Business Development leadership roles—ideally selling to OEMs, end users, or specifiers in sectors like cleanroom manufacturing, data centres, or industrial insulation. You’ll be comfortable navigating complex sales environments, particularly where the buyer is a design engineer, EPC contractor, or similar. Direct experience in insulation or adjacent technical products is highly preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead sales performance across EMEA, hitting ambitious revenue targets while identifying and executing on new growth opportunities.
Build and lead a high-calibre sales team, developing technical sales talent with experience in managing large contracts and solution-led sales.
Shape and execute sales and distribution strategy for the region, developing strong channel partnerships and direct client engagement models.
Expand our customer base, especially in underdeveloped EMEA markets, selling premium technical insulation solutions.
Support innovation, feeding back commercial insights to inform product improvements and new solution development.
Use data to drive decisions, providing visibility on forecasts, progress, risks, and alignment with broader business objectives.
Work cross-functionally with operations, ensuring sales efforts are fully aligned with capacity and supply planning.
