  • Lead compliance with HTMs, HBNs, NHS Premises Assurance Model, and other regulations.
  • Oversee the Business Continuity Plan and lead on estate-related risk management.

Facilities Management

  • Lead the delivery of all hard and soft FM services (building maintenance, cleaning, waste, utilities, security, etc.).
  • Ensure strong planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repair regimes.
  • Drive environmental sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

Biomedical Technical Services

  • Manage a national team of Biomedical Technicians servicing specialist renal equipment, dialysis machines, and water treatment systems.

  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key contact for external inspections (e.g., CQC, HSE) and internal audits.
  • Contribute to capital developments and transformation programmes.

What Our Client is Looking For:

Essential:

  • Degree in Engineering, Estates/Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare estates/facilities leadership.
  • Proven experience with renal technical systems and biomedical teams.

  • Budget management and capital project delivery experience.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH membership.

Desirable:
