As a Graduate Researcher, youll partner with experienced consultants to deliver high-quality candidate and client work, learn the intricacies of retained and contingent search, and develop deep market knowledge across accountancy, finance, corporate finance, and strategy.
What Youll Be Doing:
Researching and mapping high-calibre candidates for senior-level assignments
Supporting the delivery of retained and contingent searches
Attending client meetings, pitches, and short-list presentations
Tracking corporate activity, market trends, and leadership moves
Managing candidate processes from first contact to placement
What Were Looking For:
Recent graduate from a top UK university (Oxbridge/Russell Group preferred)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn from industry leaders
Able to thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment
Whats on Offer:
£28,000£30,000 base salary + bonus structure
Realistic six-figure earnings within 4 years

4 days in office, 1 day WFH
