About the role:

The Global Digital WebActivationManagerleadstheexecutionandoptimizationofdigitalwebcontentandstructurefortheOstomybusinessacrosskeyglobalmarkets. Thisroleensuresconsistentcompliantand performancedrivenwebexperiencesthroughcentralizedmastercontentlocalizedactivationandcoordinationacrossglobal andlocalmarketingteams.ActingasthemainliaisonbetweenmarketstheGlobal Marketingteamand Digital/ITservicestheroleispivotalinaligningdigitalexecutionwithbusinessstrategyproductlaunchesandcustomerengagement.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible forweb designand web architectureacrossConvatecsOstomy webpresence

  • Leading the optimization efforts to improve performance and conversionacross key markets

  • Deliver and manage global master web assets and coordinate localization with markets using Convatec tools (e.g. SMARTCAT).

  • Track market activation of global content using defined governance frameworks and regular reporting (activation tracker market calls).

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of digital content across countries and manage technical requirements for HCP verification.

  • Maintain and update the digital activation playbook including QR codes and digital pathways.

  • Represent Ostomy in crossBU IT web discussions and communicate updates to regional teams.

  • Provide URLs for web campaigns ensure content flow between social assets and web and support lead generation activities.

  • Analyze website performance metrics SEO data and campaign results to drive digital ROI.

  • insights with marketing leads to ensure datainformed content and campaign development.

  • Support asset tagging tracking and integration with dashboards for visibility across launches and campaigns.

About You:

Skills & Experience

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing with emphasis on web management content localization and lead generation

  • Strong background in global content rollout and digital campaign performance tracking

  • Experience in MedTech healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Optimizely CMS is highly desirable

  • Strong working knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics SEO platforms)

  • High technical literacy and understanding of UX principles and digital userbehaviors

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities

  • Ability to influence crossfunctional teams and manage matrixed coordination globally

Qualifications/Education:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in MarketingWeb Design Business Management Computer Science or a related field

This roleoperatesas part of the Global Marketing team and works closely with local country marketers IT Digital Services and the MarketingCoE.
