In return our client offers a generous salary pluscompany vehicle and ongoing product and self-improvement trainingprogrammes. /n As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsiblefor working on a range of medical equipment including SteamSterilizers, Instrument Washer Disinfectors, Endoscope WasherDisinfectors, and Steam Generations. /n Some of your duties willinclude; /n /n - Mechanical servicing of equipment and routinetesting /n - Electrical/mechanical fault finding of equipment /n -Calibration of equipment, where necessary /n - Maintain adequatestock levels of spare parts /n - Produce quality documentation forsubmission to the Client /n - Read and comply with current relevantlegislative documentation /n - Maintain regular communication withthe internal Service Department /n - Create a positive rapport withcustomers, demonstrating first class interpersonal skills in acourteous and professional manner at all times /n - Ensure thecompany equipment is being used and looked after correctly and thatit is kept in a safe condition /n - Observe the company policy onHealth & Safety at Work /n - Ensure safe and tidy workingincluding use of Personal Protective Equipment /n - Producewritten/electronic reports, as and when required/requested /n -Provide Validation reports in specified time frames /n - Toundertake any other duties as and when required /n /n Thesuccessful Skilled Medical Field Service Engineer must be qualifiedby experience or have a minimum of a Minimum City & GuildsLevels 1 & 2 or an equivalent qualification in electricaland/or mechanical engineering (essential). CSCS (Service &Facilities) HVACR Skills Card (desirable). HTM2030/01-06 orHTM2010/01-01 certification (desirable). Previous experience in amaintenance environment, ideally within a medical, pharmaceuticalor other process industry. It is essential you have valid UKdriving licence, good IT skills, and excellent communication skillsand have the self-motivation and the ability to work as anindividual or as part of a team. Although not essential candidateswith electrical experience would be highly desirable. /n You mustbe reliable, punctual, IT literate and is committed to attendingcollege or appropriate training establishments as required.Candidates must also be able to work individually as well as partof team and have a valid UK Driving Licence. /n Interested?
