The role we’re hiring for is a Field Manager to join our team based in the Yorkshire area.  As a Water Hygiene/Water Treatment and Air Technologies company we take pride in providing a first-class service to all our clients and in doing so we require a Field Manager who ensures all works carried out is done so to a compliant, high level.  This is a pivotal role for someone who has worked within the Water Treatment/Hygiene sector in a similar role or who is seeking a step-up in their career.  

What you receive for joining us:

We’re looking to offer a salary starting at £38,000 to £42,000 per annum. In addition, we offer a company pension & healthcare, accrued hours scheme, loyalty bonus, company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone and laptop.  

Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

You will oversee scheduling, ensuring all visits are covered, including sickness and holiday cover. You will optimise contract schedules, manage renewals, and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
You will identify training needs, enhance staff skills, and conduct performance reviews. Through daily field visits, you will monitor performance, sign off jobs, conduct van/uniform/equipment checks, and carry out logbook audits and spot checks to uphold quality standards
You will ensure adherence to industry regulations, conduct site audits, and verify that all equipment and tools are correctly used, maintained, and stored. You will enforce safety standards, provide necessary training, and ensure compliance with company policies
As the primary point of contact for your team, SDP, and senior management, you will provide regular performance updates and reports. You will support ACMs and BDMs with surveys, costings, new contract mobilisation, and first-visit inductions while identifying financial opportunities and ensuring excellent customer serviceCan you show experience in some of these areas:

You must hold industry-recognised training certificates, a valid CSCS card, and have a strong understanding of industry regulations and HSG274 standards
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
A valid driving licence and a willingness to travel to job sites are required
