About the Business Division:
This role is part of ONE Health Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end marketing services across three key areas of Media Buying, Creative and Content, and Email, currently employing a team of 32. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.
Job Description
Overview of the role
The position focuses on researching and engaging with healthcare professionals by contacting them by phone or attending professional events to represent the company. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and confident person with excellent communication skills to join our operation team.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your key responsibility will be to contact our current client base as well as new potential contacts and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate on the CRM system.
The ideal candidate will need to maintain a friendly yet assertive manner whilst holding the ability to answer questions and remain calm under pressure, with the goal of inviting key personnel to register for our service.
Responsibilities:
Promoting our services, both face-to-face by meeting them at events, and via outgoing telephone calls
Pro-actively approach senior personnel within the healthcare industry
Utilise CRM software and other lead management tools to track lead interactions and monitor progress
Check the accuracy of the details we hold about those organisations, and about the individuals working within those organisations.
Create and manage contacts with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Provide activity reports and valuable insights as required
Qualifications:
Must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
Must be able to communicate in a confident, clear and polite manner
Must be able to prioritise / organise workflow
Must be able to work co-operatively with other members of the Data Team
Have experience in face-to-face/telephone engagements within a marketing, customer service or promotional setting
Proficient with CRM software
Proven ability in a customer-facing role
