We are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join a well-established and expanding company who deliver both virtual and live events to clients on a worldwide basis. Working predominantly in the pharmaceuticals sector, you will be involved in coordinating events such as large-scale conferences, annual meetings and summit events internationally.

What the role will involve:

Build and nurture strong client relationships
Manage every aspect from the initial budget to final reconciliation
Comply with client policies, HCBI procedures, client driven KPI's
Adapt working methods to stay aligned with new client requirements
Deliver events onsite as part of the team, providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs and expectations
Use an online registration platform (Cvent preferred) effectively, including building websites, maintaining databases and app development
Find, research, and build relationships with suppliers to secure the perfect venue for events
Manage team members working on projects, ensuring they are well-trained and understand their roles and responsibilitiesSkills and Knowledge:

You have relevant industry experience Ideally in an agency environment; Healthcare events knowledge is an advantage
You have a passion for event management, and are determined, fun to work with, and a savvy thinker
An Events management degree is an advantage
Flexible, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task
customer service skills
Ability to travel internationally is a must
