Your Role:

  • Plan and execute reactive & preventive maintenance within GMP facilities.
  • Manage critical spares and oversee major maintenance activities.

  • Leadproblem-solving initiativesto diagnose and repair complex equipment breakdowns.
  • Mentor and develop the engineering shift team.


What You Need:

  • Experience leading an engineering team in a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge ofpharmaceutical utilities, control systems (PLC), and CMMS.
  • Hands-on expertise in cleanroom operations, BMS/EMS, and small-scale manufacturing equipment.
  • A relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
