Office Angels are working with a fabulous company based in Fleet, they are a major player within the Engineering sector and support many industries such as pharmaceutical, biological and microelectronic. Due to expansion they are seeking a Scheduler to assist with the coordination and management of company engineers.

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm OFFICE BASED

Benefits: Competitive holiday entitlement plus bank/public holidays, Employee pension scheme, Company mobile, Healthcare plan upon probation completion and salary review after probation.

Your main responsibilities are will be;

Dealing with all incoming service and breakdown enquired
Manage workflow for all engineers including bookings, re-bookings, approving timesheets
Manage engineers holiday and absence recording
Overseeing engineers performance through vehicle tracker
Monitoring engineer KPIs
Help to improve system efficiency and improvements
Chasing quotes and invoicesTo be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;

Previous experience within a similar field
Excellent communication skills
IT literate including scheduling software
Good eye for detail
