J oin one of the UKs leading MEP and mission-critical project delivery specialists, delivering high-specification projects for blue-chip clients across pharmaceutical, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role on a complex, high-value pharmaceutical facility build in Oxford, working on state-of-the-art electrical systems.

Were seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical systems for a major pharmaceutical project. Youll manage all aspects of project delivery from design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover ensuring all works meet stringent GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical systems including HV/LV distribution, lighting, small power, ELV, fire alarms, and security systems
Ensure compliance with GMP, client specifications, and project programme
Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring safe systems of work and high-quality installations
Liaise with client representatives, design teams, and internal departments to resolve issues quickly
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance
Lead inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover processes
Maintain accurate project documentation, QA/QC records, and as-builts
Candidate Profile:
Electrical engineering degree or recognised trade qualification
Proven experience managing electrical packages on pharmaceutical or other complex, regulated projects
Strong understanding of GMP, cleanroom electrical design, and validation requirements
Excellent leadership and coordination skills with experience managing large teams and multiple subcontractors
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
