AA Euro Group are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join a leading M&E contractor, working on a cutting-edge pharmaceutical/medical manufacturing project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design review, coordination, installation oversight, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret electrical design drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines (mechanical, architectural, process).
Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems including:

Power distribution (LV/MV),
Lighting and emergency lighting,
Fire alarm and life safety systems,
UPS and generator systems,
BMS and instrumentation interfaces.

Ensure strict adherence to GMP, cleanroom, and pharma-specific standards.
Monitor progress on-site and report to senior project leadership.
Support the testing and commissioning phase, ensuring systems are validated per pharma standards.
Assist in resolving technical issues and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).
Prepare and maintain documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and O&M manuals.
Ensure works are carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–7 years’ experience in electrical engineering, ideally with exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
Experience working with an M&E contractor or in a design-and-build environment.
Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ET101, IEE wiring regulations, IS standards, etc.).
Familiarity with commissioning protocols and QA/QC procedures.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
