Where will you be working?
Our client is one of the UKs largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What will you be doing?
This role involves working on a client site, so a HORUS security check is required.
You'll help manage documents using systems like 4Project or SharePoint, ensuring everything meets ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
From quality checks to tracking vendor files, your attention to detail will support smooth project delivery-on time, within budget, and to high standards.
You'll play a key part in keeping things organised and compliant, working closely with the team to meet defined quality requirements.

What youll bring:

  • Great at managing time, multitasking, and setting priorities
  • Solid background in UK construction projects

  • Confident using document control systems like 4Project or SharePoint

  • Clear understanding of design workflows and related documents

  • Familiarity with creating O&M manuals is a plus

  • Strong grasp of data handling and admin processes

  • Enjoys working collaboratively within multi-discipline teams
