Our Revenue Strategy / Commercial Operations team is hiring a Director of Strategic Pricing & Deal Operations to play a pivotal role in ensuring our global pricing and deal governance frameworks are optimized for sustainable, scalable success.

How You Will Add Value
As Director of Strategic Pricing & Deal Operations , you will contribute to:
Strengthening pricing governance and frameworks across all offerings

Enhancing strategic deal execution in partnership with Sales and Finance

Driving commercial decision-making through rigorous data and stakeholder alignment

Shaping scalable pricing infrastructure and performance analytics

Your Responsibilities
Pricing Leadership
Own and evolve the global pricing strategy across all products and services

Design and implement scalable pricing frameworks, discounting policies, and centralized pricing infrastructure

Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions

Lead regular pricing performance reviews with executive stakeholders

Identify opportunities for improvement within existing pricing strategies, quantify impacts, and recommend solutions

Strategic Deal Oversight
Serve as the senior decision-maker on complex and strategic commercial deals

Partner with Sales and Finance to craft winning, profitable commercial structures

Develop tools and guardrails that empower frontline teams to price confidently and consistently

Drive strategic pricing change through pricing governance forums

Contribute to innovative pricing models and process improvements

Negotiate directly with customers on strategic deals, balancing commercial value with long-term partnership goals

Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence
Collaborate with leadership across Pricing, Underwriting, Finance, Business Development, and Account Management

Build strong partnerships across Product, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing with customer value and cost models

Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable pricing strategies

Deliver executive reporting on pricing performance, deal health, and profitability

About You
5+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk, revenue strategy, commercial operations, or finance

Experience in CRO, pharma, or clinical trials

Demonstrated success in shaping pricing strategy and leading strategic commercial initiatives

Strong analytical mindset; expert in Excel/Sheets and financial modeling

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels, including C-suite

Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced, growth environments

Fully fluent in English; French is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent financial/strategic education

Travel:
Minimal travel required; remote or hybrid flexibility based on location
