Engagement Group: Insights Director

Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a data and insights director, with 7 years’ experience in the medical communications or commercial healthcare sectors, reporting to the head of digital. As a core part of the Adelphi in Healthcare Engagement Group, you will be leading the development of data and insights strategies with our accounts and business development teams, and leading the application of a range of internal and third party insights platforms to enable us to deliver fit for purpose medical communications.

Job Purpose
To support out agency teams and client teams in their ambitions to bring insights into the forefront of what they do. To define and roll out insights best practices across our agency teams and client projects, and support client teams to proactively define and deliver insights in areas such as: the pharma landscape, key therapy areas, healthcare professional educational needs, communications tracking and analytics And to drive and deliver digital impact as part of the Engagement Group.

Outline Job Role

  • Lead the development of engagement insights in medical communications.
  • Establish collaborative processes and relationships to support a wide range of evolving team needs for our agencies’ portfolio of clients
  • Support the definition and application of market and audience insights, journey planning, content strategy, omnichannel strategy, tactical planning, and measurement planning and delivery for medical communications and strategic publications planning.
  • Working with technical teams on building data dashboards
  • Provide knowledge, learning, and education internally to teams across Adelphi in Healthcare
  • Manage your own workflow within agency project teams. Ensuring delivery of projects is balanced between internal and external resources.
  • Post is full-time, Remote working, with some travel to Bollington, UK and Amsterdam offices.

Experience Required

Working knowledge across digital delivery channels and media.

Experience of working in a creative digital environment and of omnichannel communication programmes. A proven record of successfully delivering client projects with an attention to detail and follow through.

You need to be creative and own your opinions, whilst being able to explain your approach to the agency teams.

You are proactive, self-motivated and well-structured. Your motivation is to make the digital projects a leading contributor in the success of the agency teams. Flexibility and a hunger to take up new projects in a rapidly changing environment with lots of moving tasks.

Skills Expected

  • Highly effective team-work and interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work and problem solving.
  • To work well with external suppliers, freelancers and senior contractors.
  • Ability to bring creative design and flair to the development of digital projects
  • Ability to bring new innovative ideas to the agency teams, with an understanding and desire to deliver them to the highest standard.
