Position: Dental Nurse
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Private Practice
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturdays per month (8:30 am – 4:00 pm)
Hours: 08:30 – 18:00, with two extended days (Tuesdays & Wednesdays until 19:00)
Salary: £14.00–£15.00 per hour (DOE)
Software: Dentally

We are a thriving private dental practice offering a wide spectrum of services including General Dentistry, Specialist Orthodontics, Dental Implants, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Sedation, and Invisalign. Each day offers the chance to assist in varied and exciting clinical procedures that will expand your experience and sharpen your skills.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Dental Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care across all our services. You'll be responsible for:

Assisting clinicians during a range of treatments including general dentistry, specialist procedures, and complex surgeries.
Preparing and maintaining the clinical environment and equipment with a meticulous attention to hygiene and detail.
Providing empathetic and knowledgeable support to patients before, during, and after treatment.
Ensuring dental records are accurately maintained using Dentally software.
Handling decontamination and sterilisation processes in compliance with CQC standards.
Occasionally supporting the front desk – great dental receptionist skills are a plus!
Staying up to date with compliance, CPD, and health and safety procedures.What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone dynamic and dependable—someone who is happy to get involved and thrives in a team environment.

GDC registered with at least 1 year of experience as a Dental Nurse.
Confident, flexible, and proactive – a true all-rounder who’s not afraid to get stuck in.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Previous experience with oral surgery is highly desirable but not essential.
Experience with dental reception duties is a great bonus.What’s In It For You?
