? We're Hiring: Dental Nurse (Full-Time, Permanent) ?

Are you a passionate and reliable Dental Nurse looking for your next long-term opportunity in a supportive, patient-focused private practice? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our friendly dental team as a full-time Dental Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career within a well-established and caring environment.

We are happy to support growth and provide additional training for the right person, as long as you bring the dedication and positive energy that our patients and team truly value. ?

? About the Role
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the clinical team, providing exceptional chairside support across a wide range of treatments, including:

• General Dentistry
• Endodontics (Root Canal Treatments)
• Invisalign (Clear Aligners)
• Dental Implants

You’ll be working closely with clinicians to ensure patients receive a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. Your role will also involve maintaining the highest standards of infection control, preparing treatment rooms and instruments, and assisting with the day-to-day running of the surgery.

We use SOE (Software of Excellence), so any experience with this system would be a bonus—but don’t worry, we’re happy to train you if needed!

Working Days & Hours
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (only when needed and very rarely).

Monday: 8:30am – 7:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30am – 7:00pm
Wednesday & Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday (very rare): 10:00am – 3:00/4:00pmOur team values work-life balance, and we do everything we can to ensure your schedule feels manageable and fair.

? Salary
We’re offering up to £14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for someone who is not only qualified but genuinely enjoys working with people and being part of a team. The ideal candidate will be:

GDC registered
Experienced in dental reception duties (cross-training is part of the role)
Professional, organised, and always reliable
Approachable and friendly, with a calm and caring manner
Able to work well under pressure and take initiative
Excellent at communicating with patients and colleagues
Comfortable using or willing to learn SOE software
