Role Purpose

We are recruiting for an Occupancy Data Analyst within the client based JLL Team. The Data Analyst role will report into the Data Manager and be responsible for data, reporting and analytics processes across internal JLL service streams and the in-house Client Facilities Management. The team are client dedicated to a Life Sciences client and our scope currently covers UK activity but mainly focuses on key client sites in Cambridge and Luton area. The role is hybrid between working from home and the main client site in Cambridge.

What this job involves

  • Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from the account and link the account to emerging practices in the industry and the data fields.
  • Provide consistent delivery & format of recurring reports and updates to the client.
  • Suggest, devise and explore new innovative methods of data process and reporting.
  • Receiving, cleansing, processing of quantitative data through existing and new applications
  • Provide support for recurring ad hoc, recurring processes and recurring reports.
  • Modelling, analysis and compilation of quantitative data.
  • Identify trends within the various data outputs. Involvement in the development of automated tools and dashboards with JLLT team to provide real-time insights to business data.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all data related processes and analyses.
  • Participate in the development of data analysis and interpretation skills in the account team.
  • Develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviours and techniques.
  • Perform regular data audits
  • Collaborate closely with the IoT Coordinator to ensure effective analysis of sensor data.

  • Detail oriented and process driven.
  • Background in data processes, report management & mapping.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience of data and statistical applications including PowerBI and Excel
  • Knowledge of FM Systems, Tableau and Alteryx is beneficial.
  • Experience analysing occupancy sensor data is beneficial
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Deep understanding of basic data processes and reporting requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond to ad-hoc client requests.
  • Problem solving skills.
