The Data Analytics Lead, CAR-T Ops & Analytics is accountable for the continued delivery of real-time, recurring, and ad hoc CARVYTKI data for specific stakeholders and use cases. This position will be responsible for providing stakeholders with customer-specific trends and to document shifts in customer behavior based on specific operational actions the team is taking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connects quantitative metric-driven insights and qualitative field insights to drive actionable wins for customers

  • Completes recurring reporting needs for stakeholder teams including field-facing and internal teams

  • Fulfills ad hoc data requests from key stakeholders in compliance with data governance

  • Supports reporting and implementation plans for new analytical dashboards and tracks metrics for usage and impact

  • Engages proactively with stakeholders to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to solve problems through data analysis

  • Improves, Optimizes and Maintains ad hoc data request process to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of requests

  • Provide training and support for use of data dashboards and visualizations

  • Assist with customer-specific metric reporting and behavioral trend analysis

  • Lead and support initiatives to improve customer experience and metrics through data analytics.

  • Through analysis of data, stakeholder feedback, and VoC, identify opportunities and present findings to drive operational improvements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree is required.

  • 3 years of business experience is required, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred

  • Able to understand key business questions and provide summarized answers using a variety of data analysis tools

  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and team member is required.

  • Experience in developing and deploying data analysis & reporting solutions

  • Excellent digital literacy along with extensive experience in PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables

  • Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

  • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and requests

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • This position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 10% travel

  • Prior healthcare marketing and/or customer-facing experience is preferred

  • Prior experience working with/within Salesforce applications is preferred

  • Proficiency with Tableau is preferred

This role reports to the Senior Manager, CAR-T Commercial Operations & Analytics.
