Role Summary:

In this fast-paced and supportive team environment, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, order processing, and general administrative duties. This is a hybrid role offering a great balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming customer service and business enquiries
  • Accurately process customer orders using systems likeSAP
  • Handle complaints, credits, returns, and general customer queries
  • Liaise with logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with reporting, meeting preparation, and various admin projects
  • Maintain system accuracy and ensure compliance with company processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum2 years' experiencein customer service or order processing roles
  • Strongproblem-solving skillsand ability to work independently
  • Proficiency inSAPandMicrosoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and time management
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
