Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager with a background in manufacturing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for leading high-performing teams? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are a well-established Wigan-based manufacturer seeking aCustomer Service Managerto lead our dedicated team of 7. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business where no two days are the same, and your leadership will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational success.

The Role

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 customer service representatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day customer service operations within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless customer communication and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in aCustomer Service Managerrole within amanufacturing or industrial setting-this is essential.
  • A confident leader with the ability to inspire and manage performance.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
