Position Overview:

Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes. This role is part of the International Marketing and Sales Excellence (IMSE) team. The person will work in close collaboration and across the HCP Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Sales Excellence teams. This person will also build and contribute to a strong team culture focused around commitment, inspiration, passion and achievement. The Marketing Manager, International Consumer Marketing position is responsible, working with the International Marketing team, to develop & implement regional marketing programmes which drive awareness & recommendation for Omnipod amongst people living with diabetes, across the markets in the International Region (all markets excluding USA). The main objectives of the role are to support the growth of the customer base through the launch of Omnipod 5 in international markets, supported by a highly targeted marketing campaign, to help educate and convert new customers to move to Omnipod and to minimise user attrition in the various markets in the international region. The role will also be expected to work coherently with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders, driving collaboration to take opportunities as they present. This position will work closely with the Global Marketing teams, International Digital Marketing Manager, International Community Manager, International HCP marketing team, Country Marketing Teams, Legal, Medical, Regulatory & agency partners.

Responsibilities

Works with internal partners to support the development of coherent marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
Works with internal partners & external agencies to develop engaging content for marketing communications targeted at people living with diabetes
Provides strong guidance & support for the markets in the international region through the implementation of regional/global campaigns & scaling best practices across the region.
Ensure successful in- launches within international markets by developing and executing launch activities, and delivering launch toolkits alongside consistent brand identity.
Accountable for developing and supporting the execution of the strategic plan, annual plan, and product launches for DTC activity
Partner with Digital & Community leads to direct & deliver content for digital launch activities, toolkits and digital education events

Ability to work with agency partners to create engaging consumer communication campaigns.
Support the implementation of regional/global campaigns
Identify & scale best practices across the region
Ability to analyze data to measure the performance of marketing programs & drive insights/learnings to optimize activity
Strong prioritization skills – able to focus effort & budget on areas which generate the biggest impact on the business
Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex and projects required
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required (with a concentration in Marketing preferred).
Demonstrated experience in consumer marketing
Experience with Digital Marketing in the healthcare environment preferred
Experience working within a regional or global team preferred.
Prior experience of working within the Diabetes industry preferred.
Prior experience of developing communications within a regulated environment (eg. Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare).
Experience working with Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce would be an asset.
Fluent in English – and 1 additional language (e.g. German, French or Spanish) would be an asset.

Travel

This is a regional role, across multiple geographies, so periodic travel will be required – this will be to attend meetings in key markets, attend trade shows/conferences, join sales teams on HCP calls or attend research.
Travel is estimated at 20% but will flex depending on business needs

NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from Insulet's London office at least three (3) days per week.
