STADA UK Thornton & Ross – Home Hygiene Brand Manager
Huddersfield |U.K.| Full-time | Permanent
Join this dynamic team and be responsible for the growth of our leading home hygiene brand - Zoflora (it was the fastest growing UK cleaning brand in 2023!). You will have responsibility for leading NPD projects from end to endworking with the consumer insights department to create a strong sales story. You’ll need well developed stakeholder management skills as you’ll becollaborating cross functionally with the marketing strategy & pricing team, comms senior brand manager, the sales team and R&D team to ensure launches deliver commercial excellence. Monitoring fragrance trends in the marketplace, you’ll help to identify gaps in the range and create clear briefs with these in mind (fine fragrance experience would be beneficial).
This busy role will suit an existing Brand Manager or a high performing Assistant Brand Manager who is ready to take their next career step.
What We Are Looking For
Experienceofleading NPD projects to drive incremental brand growth from initial identification of market opportunity through to delivery of launches against timed milestones.
A talented marketer, with exposure to the full marketing mix across both classical and digital activation: mass media; content marketing; and social media marketing. Experience in product marketing would be beneficial.
Experience of trade marketing /selling to UK retailers (in conjunction with Key Account Sales teams).
Commercially strong with knowledge of how to manage profitability through product mix.
Ability to manage your own workload, adhering to project timelines and perform critical thinking to overcome the challenges of the transition project.
Experience of partnering and effectively managing agencies.
Strong commercial acumen with good numeracy and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
Creative thinker with the ability to work on own initiative
Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability and resilience, making you a valuable leader in a dynamic environment.
