Position Overview:

AsCommercial Refrigeration Engineer, youll play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet technical excellence and customer expectations. From designing and estimating to providing on-site support, youll bring solutions to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting refrigeration and product load calculations.
  • Selecting and specifying refrigeration equipment that meets both project design and regulatory requirements.
  • Creating project estimates and detailed specifications.
  • Managing technical elements of projects from enquiry to handover.
  • Performing site surveys and liaising with internal departments and customers.
  • Training customers on DGTCS Blast & Defrosting units.
  • Supporting product trials and creating documentation such as instruction manuals.
  • Proactively identifying and reporting potential issues to senior management.

What Were Looking For

To succeed in this role, youll need:

  • C&G Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Level 2(Level 3 desirable).
  • Experience with fluid chillers (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • An innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel as needed.
