International Clinical Specialist

Our client, a leader in medical device innovation, is seeking anInternational Clinical Specialistto join their team.


In this role, you will partner with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare providers to maximise the impact of cutting-edge medical devices, actively support clinical procedures, and deliver impactful hands-on education, training and support.


You’ll have the opportunity to work in both clinical and pre-clinical settings, contributing directly to improved patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver clinical support for innovative, reliable, and safe products that align with clinical needs and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to healthcare professionals on device use and operation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to address technical issues and optimise device performance.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in clinical engineering and medical device development.
  • Leverage educational materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentations, to assist healthcare providers.
  • Support regulatory affairs by ensuring all clinical and engineering documentation is complete and accurate for regulatory submissions.
  • Provide on-site and remote support during pre-clinical and clinical procedures.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical position with a medical device company.
  • Able to demonstrate confidence in engaging with surgeons in surgical settings, earning respect while fostering professional and friendly relationships.
  • Familiarity with Class II or Class III medical devices and regulatory processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openess to travel extensively throughout Europe.
  • Located near a major airport with excellent connections to key international hubs.
  • Native or business-level English language skills.
