Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with a global medical products and technologies company in the search of a Clinical Educator who can support both Healthcare Professionals and internal teams on clinical aspects of Ostomy care.
This role is perfect for a qualified Nurse who has specialist knowledge of Ostomy products, as well as both hospital and community experience. The territory of this role is London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand and provide a clinical voice for Business Unit objectives and goals related to Ostomy product usage and new patient referrals.
Establish effective working relationships with other healthcare professionals to develop the service and gain appropriate referrals.
To act as a role model of expert clinical practice, empowering internal and external stakeholders through effective teaching and team working.
Develop material and deliver educational sessions for professionals, end users, interest groups and internal teams.
Deliver educational programmes and product updates for other clinical nurse teams within independent dispensing appliance contractors (DACs) as guided by National Clinical Manager
Ensures all confidential Patient information and any data collection through activities is maintained in line with Company and hospital/CCG policies using patient record system (PRS) where available.
Build and develop relations with Key Opinion Leaders and advocates within the Ostomy marketplace, supporting any Global KOL initiatives.
Requirements
Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification
Recognised Stoma Care Qualification
Car driver essential Full driving license required.
Proven experience with an interest within the stoma care / colorectal area.
Evidence of recent post registration training and development
