The Role

AsCSO, you will drive the scientific strategy, overseeing the entirebiologics development pipelinefromtarget selection through IND submission. You will work closely with theC-suite, investors, and external partners, ensuring scientific excellence and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute apipeline strategyfromtarget selection(GPCRs & ion channels) toIND submission.

✔ TransitionAI-designed antibody candidatesinto preclinical and IND-ready biologics.

✔ LeverageAI and machine learningfortarget validation, antibody optimization, and efficacy/tox prediction.

✔ Establish credibility withinvestors, pharma, and strategic partners.

✔ Managecollaborations, CDMOs, and preclinical model providers.

✔ Providescientific leadership and strategic directionto internal R&D teams.

About You

PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

15+ years of experiencein antibody discovery, biologics development, and target selection.

Proven ability tointegrate AI-driven approachesinto drug discovery.

⚡ Strongleadership skills, with experience managing scientific teams.

Established track record ininvestor relations and pharma partnerships.

Expertise inpreclinical development, IND submission, and regulatory strategy.
