🔬 The Role

As COO / Head of R&D, you’ll be at the heart of scientific innovation and operational strategy, guiding a team of researchers, engineers, and scientists. You will:

✔️ Lead & execute R&D strategies to develop scalable cultivated meat technology
✔️ Bridge the gap between scientific breakthroughs and commercial reality
✔️ Drive product innovation from concept to market launch
✔️ Manage & grow a high-performance team
✔️ Oversee intellectual property & regulatory compliance
✔️ Collaborate with leading academic institutions & industry partners

🔹 PhD or equivalent experience in Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields
🔹 Hands-on expertise in cell culture, media development, bioreactor scale-up, and tissue engineering
🔹 Proven leadership in biotech, bioprocessing, or pharmaceuticals (4+ years)
🔹 Experience taking biotechnology products from lab to market
