Tasks

We’re looking for a co-founder or advisor to join our innovative team at Zenna. You will lead DTx product strategy and development, playing a critical role in transforming our vision for digital health and consumer wellness into impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Clinical Validation Efforts, advising on trial design, and leveraging your expertise to ensure the product’s clinical efficacy and safety align with healthcare standards. Guide trial design and manage stakeholder engagement for successful outcomes.
  • Define and Execute Product Strategy:Drive the development of Zenna’s mobile app, focusing on both the clinical impact and user experience. Align product vision with our mission to improve mental well-being through technology.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team of neuroscientists, engineers, and product developersto bridge the gap between clinical practice and cutting-edge technology, ensuring our solutions are both scientifically sound and user-centric.
  • BD and Clinical Networking:Forge relationships with the scientific community, clinicians, and key stakeholders to ensure product relevance and market alignment. Build out business development efforts to facilitate regulatory partnerships and clinical trials.
  • Advocacy for Patient-Centric Solutions: Advocate for solutions that are not only technically advanced but are designed to improve patient quality of life and access to care.
  • Lead Regulatory Strategy & Ethical Oversight:Take charge of the clinical trial process and regulatory compliance for our digital health solutions. Work with regulatory bodies to ensure our products meet global health standards and support our clinical validation efforts.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in digital medical product development, with expertise in clinical trials and regulatory compliance in health tech or digital therapeutics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, particularly in the clinical, regulatory, and product development domains.
  • Experience in the health tech, neuroscience, or mental wellness sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory processes (FDA, EMA, etc.) and clinical trial design.
  • Ability to navigate and build partnerships with healthcare professionals, regulators, and the scientific community.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B product developmentwithin health tech, wellness, or digital therapeutics.
  • Proven ability to leadproduct teamsand manage the entireproduct lifecycle.
  • Stronguser-centered designskills, with a focus oncustomer obsessionand building consumer-driven experiences.
  • Industry experiencein health tech, particularly digital health, neuroscience, or mental wellness, is highly valued.

Strongly Preferred:

  • MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree (neurologist, psychiatrist, or related specialty preferred)
  • Experience as a key leader or co-founder in a fast-growing startup in health tech or digital therapeutics.
  • Hands-on experience in clinical trials and regulatory submissions for health-focused products.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with user-centered design and product management in consumer mobile apps.
  • Prior experience in building and scaling digital health solutions.
