As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes by analysing current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to align process changes with organizational goals, ensuring measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while meeting regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Global Process Owner, you will play a significant role in transformation by documenting existing (current state) processes and identifying opportunities for improvement of business processes. You will be required to produce, document, and research business needs, processes, data, and requirements.
You will aid with the creation of assessment process documents and training material, to support business readiness of our factories and selling entities deploying Dynamics D365 ERP system.
Supports the implementation of our new Process Management system via migration and data entry of current process documentation and creation of new where gaps are identified.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have / be:
3-5+ years’ experience in business process improvement, business analysis, and transformation within large, multi-site organisations.
Preferred, Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven track record of supporting and delivering large-scale transformation projects, including identifying bottlenecks, streamlining operations, and implementing new processes or technologies.
Excellent facilitation skills, able to influence teams and individuals collaboratively to achieve Business Transformation goals and objectives.
Experience with ERP system required, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
Expert knowledge of structured process, innovation, problem-solving tools/methodologies and customer journey mapping. LEAN, Kaizen or Six Sigma background would be desirable.
Proficiency in using data analysis to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Innovative and creative approach that supports Rotork Growth+ strategy and gains competitive advantage.
