Business Intelligence Manager – Pharmaceuticals & Dermocosmetics

Hybrid – 2 days/week in Reading HQ | UK-based | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Are you a data-driven strategist with experience in both prescription pharmaceuticals (Rx) and dermocosmetics? Do you excel at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and support strategic growth?

A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support its UK & Ireland operations. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across commercial, medical, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement BI strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure data source integrity, accuracy, and governance across all BI solutions
Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau
Lead revenue and supply forecasting, ensuring robust planning processes
Evaluate the potential of new assets and deliver recommendation reports
Collaborate with brand teams to inform and support omnichannel customer engagement plans
Support digital marketing strategy development with data-driven insights
Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) in partnership with sales managers and business unit directors, optimizing use of OCE and Tableau
Develop and enforce data governance and security policies
Manage the UK & Ireland microsite and ensure its strategic alignment
Act as the AI Ambassador, guiding teams in integrating AI into daily operations
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting systems

What You Bring

Experience in both Rx and dermocosmetic sectors (essential)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Confidence to present insights—even when they challenge expectations
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and CRM tools
Knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical (and dermocosmetic markets would be an advantage) and ABPI Code
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
