Role Objective:

Working for a Global leader within the Pharmaceutical industry, you will Head up the Business Development & Prospection Activity for the UK and Ireland.

You will establish good, trustful and long-term relationship to obtain new Work Orders

Identify new opportunities for existing products, as well as for new pharmaceutical projects of intermediates and APIs in clinical phase and beyond.

Build the commercial offer in close cooperation with our internal business partners: costing, R&D, Legal, Production sites Participation to the different Governance Bodies for the projects you have initiates.

Essential skills:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharm OR similar with significant background in Organic Chemistry preferred

• Experience in complex CDMO pharma projects from early stage to submission

• Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to interact efficiently in an international environment with clients, sites, internal management and project teams.

• Networking capabilities.

• Negotiation skills.

Professional experience Minimum 5 years experience in Custom Services for APIs industry

Understanding of the pharma regulatory environment. Experienced in sales process (customer management tool…)

Knowledge / motivation

Hunting profile is a key point
