Eurofins Central Laboratory (ECL) is a dynamic, global organization dedicated to providing standardized, high-quality central laboratory services to support all phases of clinical trials. ECL offers integrated laboratory testing services, including clinical safety, specialized, and esoteric testing such as biomarkers, with globally harmonized facilities in the US, Europe, Singapore, and China.


Due to its rapid growth, Eurofins Central Laboratory is seeking a dynamic individual to join their sales team in Europe.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve new booking targets for assigned territories and services.
  • Utilize industry experience to develop relationships at all levels within complex biopharmaceutical and CRO organizations.
  • Generate new opportunities and secure new contracts for Eurofins Central Labs, including clinical biomarkers and anti-infective services.
  • Act as an advocate for prospects and active accounts to all key stakeholders within Eurofins.
  • Report to the Senior Director of Business Development and collaborate closely with Scientific Affairs, Proposals/Contracts teams, and Operational Teams.


Position Details:

This is a remote position, based in any European country.


Minimum Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical or central laboratory, clinical trials (CRO, trial supplies/logistics, e-Clinical), or relevant B2B project service industry.
  • Proven success in securing new service contracts and demonstrating growth over your career.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a broad network of contacts.
  • Ability to set goals, plan strategically, and influence others to achieve objectives.
  • Motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to learn.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences; valid driver’s license required.
