About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in business operations, consultancy or administration. You’ll work closely with everyone—from the Managing Director to the wider team—giving you exposure to sales, customer service, logistics, marketing, and operations.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business while learning how different departments operate and contribute to shared success.

What you’ll be doing:

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing client and delegate bookings
  • Coordinating logistics for training courses
  • Handling invoicing and finance-related admin
  • Providing day-to-day customer support
  • Updating our website and course information
  • Sending follow-up communications to delegates
  • Supporting our marketing activities
  • Assisting with travel planning and internal coordination

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A confident and clear communicator, both in writing and over the phone
  • Organised and methodical, with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Proactive, collaborative, and keen to learn
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • A team player who enjoys working in a smaller, hands-on environment
