This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business

Join our Branded Medical Supply Chain team as a Branded Medical Supply Chain Planner. In this pivotal role, you will support replenishment duties for a range of manufacturers, manage bespoke customer ordering processes, facilitate product transfers, and assist with various day-to-day tasks aligned with our business needs. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential as you respond to their requests and provide exceptional service while meeting our agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Hybrid (Chessington, Surrey)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform replenishment tasks efficiently to ensure stock availability at all times.

  • Maintain a service level of 99% or greater.

  • Follow up on late deliveries and out-of-stock situations.

  • Obtain weekly stock information from manufacturers.

  • Maintain updated customer messaging and lean inventory levels in line with order cycles.

  • Conduct analyses for reporting and performance.

Range Review:

  • Identify and implement efficiencies within your managed range, including new product setup and discontinuations.

  • Manage master product data and product life cycle management.

Customer Order Management:

  • Oversee bespoke customer ordering processes against monthly deadlines.

  • Support the supply chain team with annual leave cover and day-to-day activities.

  • Establish and maintain professional long-term relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills are critical.

  • Background in supply chain, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.

  • Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (intermediate skills like Pivot Tables and V-Lookups) and Outlook.
