IMS Recruitment is recruitingA BIOMEDICAL SCIENTIST (HAEMATOLOGY)for the pathology department of a hospital in Gibraltar.

The client is seeking candidates for commencement at the earliest possible opportunity, on 6 month fixed term contracts.

Gibraltar with its high standard of living, Mediterranean climate and modern English-speaking hospitals is regarded as a highly attractive place to live and work.


Requirements

  • BSc or Higher Degree in Biomedical Science
  • Previous experience in haematology and blood film morphology.
  • Worked with DxH 900 and/or Sysmex XN1000.
  • Previous experience in blood transfusion.
  • Applicants must be registered with the UK’s HCPC
  • At least 3 years’ experience in relevant specialism.


On Offer

  • Salary of £35,457 to £57,259 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)
  • Free excellent accommodation
  • Return flights from/to the UK
