Bid Coordinator - London West End - Hybrid Working

Role Overview:

  • Lead the production and design of bids and business proposals.
  • Gather and format information from team members for tender documents.
  • Create bespoke tender submissions and pitch documents.
  • Collaborate with pre-construction and construction teams to write content for tender submissions, highlighting key messages.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, pre-construction, and construction teams.
  • Work closely with Contracts Managers to define win strategies and themes for bids.
  • Research clients to understand their brand and values, incorporating this into tender submissions.
  • Set bid deliverables and facilitate win rooms and mid-tender meetings.
  • Innovate and embrace new methods to create winning bid documents.
  • Coordinate with multimedia teams to storyboard video content.
  • Ensure every bid reflects the quality of our offer and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the content, quality, and compliance of bids.
  • Ensure timely completion of tender submission documents.
  • Understand the bid submission process.
  • Identify bid differentiators.
  • Ensure pre-construction information is handed over to the delivery team.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in leading planning document design software.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and other design software is desirable.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and individual work capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
