We have partnered with a fast-growing pharmaceutical company, looking to hire an Associate Director, Tender and Hospital Product Management, EMENA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a group of technical experts, driven to achieve excellence across the market.

Role responsibilities:
Assess and provide resources for the tender and hospital product management department
Development and continuous improvement of the company's tender policy and systems
Set and approve minimum prices for target INN’s
Proactive stock and sales reviews
Take market insights and produce proactive actions to optimise sales
Review products periodically
Manage high-priority launches
Manage hotlist process
Competitor profiling
Effective relationship and stakeholder management
Assess the current state and generating ideas to further develop success and impact on wider organisation
Assemble and present information with clear key messaging to stakeholders, peer’s and employees effectively
Sell and communicate decisions effectively to senior leaders

What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with Tender or Procurement management experience and Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience (Biosimilar/ Generics preferred). You should have:
Excellent IT skills including MS Office
Excellent communication in written, oral and presentation skills
Ability to make decisions on escalation points that don’t require senior input
Ability to build teams, motivate people and strong interpersonal skills
Results focused, with a business-orientated/commercially astute approach
A motivated individual who is flexible and willing to learn continuous best practices
