What you'll do:

Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
Collaborate with Business Development to acquire and retain key clients across target sectors.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while managing commercial risks.
Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
Build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial team focused on excellence and collaboration.

Ideal candidate:

Lead client engagements, developing strong, long-term relationships.
Oversee contract negotiations, commercial delivery, and risk management.
