About the position


Our client is a well regarded property consultancy, a partnership, a thought leader and pioneer. They are expanding their capability and eventually influence in the commercial sector, and is looking for a skilled Project Manager to deliver high-profile cut & carve, CAT A, A+ and B fit-out projects ranging from £2m to £50m across Central and Greater London.

The role will be second in command to a successful and fun loving partner, you will help build the team, delivering a first class service and helping top identify, pitch and win new instructions. You will work with a client base that includes corporates, institutions, and developers, managing projects from inception to completion while helping shape the future direction of the team.


About you:


  • MRICS-qualified with a Building Surveying background
  • Experience in commercial sector project management
  • Strong track record delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects successfully
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to play a key role in business and team growth
