Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to be an expert in client services and strategic PR/communications, and have experience or an understanding of integrated communications. You would be expected to lead accounts and help to drive high levels of satisfaction, as well as seeking out new business and opportunities as the main senior client point of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Apply excellent level of scientific, commercial and strategic expertise and act as a true partner to clients.
  • Think beyond the brief and see beyond clients' immediate needs to advise at a high level of strategic thinking.
  • Set and maintain excellent levels of client service and instill this within the wider PR team.
  • Provide senior support to account teams on client discussions where appropriate.
  • Degree educated.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) as well as presentation abilities.
  • Ability to flex style according to the needs of clients and teams.
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational abilities.

Desired Requirements

  • Experience in media relations, data communications, disease state awareness campaigns and corporate communications.
  • Strong project management skills, including team delegation, timeline and budget tracking, quality control and logistics planning.
  • An understanding of social media processes/tools/approach/regulations, corporate review processes, healthcare regulations/pharma industry and issues management.
