About the Role:
Total Staff, recruiting on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic ASU Team Leader to join the Aseptic Services Unit at their Runcorn site. You will be leading a dedicated compounding team, driving excellence in product quality while ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the ASU team, ensuring high standards in daily operations and product delivery.
Develop the compounding centre internally, building strong relationships to support the company's position as a leading provider.
Oversee recruitment, training, and staff engagement to ensure top performance.
Analyze and share performance data, driving continuous improvement.
Support the strategic growth of the unit by participating in company development initiatives.
Set operational objectives to ensure timely and quality output, implementing corrective actions when needed.
Maintain high compliance with quality assurance, safety standards, and corporate policies.
Attend management meetings, contributing proactively to the business strategy and customer satisfaction.What We're Looking For:

Degree, Diploma, or HNC qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in Aseptic, pharmaceutical, or medical devices sectors
Proven management experience and relevant qualifications
Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and the ability to drive process changes
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
