This role will focus on:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ApplicationSupport Analyst & Change Management Coordinator to join our team. Thisdual-role position will focus on providing first-line support for MicrosoftDynamics AX2012 while also managing our change management processes usingDevOps methodologies. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshootingenterprise application issues and facilitating effective communication amongstakeholders during change initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide L1 support for Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and other business systems, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist users with system navigation, functionality, and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with L2 & L3 teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps as the primary tool for managing change processes, ensuring efficient tracking and implementation of changes.
  • Ensure all changes have auditable authorization to implement.
  • Coordinate change management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of changes.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including testers and approvers, to discuss change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain change management documentation, including impact assessments and communication plans.
  • Ensure that all changes are documented, approved, and communicated effectively to relevant parties.


To be successful in this role, youwill need:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Clear and effective communication with users and team members. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Providing excellent support and maintaining a user-focused approach. Patience and empathy when dealing with user issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in documenting processes and solutions.
  • Formal qualifications in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial, but diverse experiences and skills are valued.
  • Knowledge or exposure to ITIL, DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with end users and team members.
  • Proficient in business English, both written and verbal.
