Walker Cole International is currently searching for a Team Lead - Analytical Development to join a growing biopharmaceutical Company based in London.

As the Analytical Development Team Lead, you will oversee all method development, validation, and transfer across the site

Your responsibilities as an Analytical Development Team Lead would be to:

  • Plan and lead the analytical method transfer both internally and externally to contract organisations.
  • Hire, Mentor, and Manage a grow team of Scientists and Research Associate
  • Provide SME level expertise in the development of HPLC/LCMS methods
  • Lead method transfer activities to external GMP sites

The Successful Analytical Development Team Lead will have:

  • Hold a minimum BSc in relevant subject
  • Has a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience developing LCMS/HPLC methods forbiologic products
  • Track record of developing, validating and transferring analytical methods
