LogicalPS are one of the Uk’s leading labour providers to the construction and power sectors.
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator with exceptionally strong communication and organisational skills for a role on Sizewell B Power Station. Our client provides services to the construction and energy markets and has an enviable order book due to securing numerous large contracts on sites throughout the UK.

    Duties will include:
  • Processing payroll and managing timesheets and invoicing
  • Supporting security clearance vetting processes
  • Controlling company and project documentation
  • Managing training, training records, and databases
  • Manage agendas/Meetings/appointments for the Project Managers, Operations Directors etc
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Regularly monitor the progress of ongoing projects
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence such as emails, letter etc
  • Assisting in regular reviews and documentation audits
  • General admin duties where required
    Experience and qualifications required:
  • 3+ years office administration experience
  • Experience within the nuclear, power, oil, gas, pharmaceutical industry preferred but not essential
  • CTC clearance preferred but can be processed for the right individual
  • General education with GCSE’s in Maths and English. Professional qualification such as business administration or equivalent would be beneficial
  • Must be extremely organised, self motivation with excellent time management skills
    Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to undergo security clearance
  • Own transport due to location of site
  • Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol tests
