CK Group are recruiting for a Administration Assistant, to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry, on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

From £12.75 per hour to £16.72 per hour, depending upon experience.

Administration Assistant Role:

Support the General Manager and IT Lead team with diary, travel expenses and all associated administrative tasks.
Organisation of internal and external meetings and events.
Processing of Purchase orders.
Manage group emails and SharePoint sites.
Support with local facilities management in raising purchase orders, communications and organisational duties.
Your Background:

Proven written and oral proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
Experience in commercial business with strong language skills and ideally cultural agility comfortably communicating with different cultures/languages.
Good knowledge in preparing presentations (Power Point and Excel) and working with MS office.
Fast, fact-based decision taker.
Maturity to deal with matters of confidentiality and sensitivity.

This role is based at our clients' site in Hook, Hampshire.
